Instead, I slowed down and learned how to think with it.
I discovered that AI did not need to replace my knowledge, judgment, or voice. Used carefully, it could help me organize what I knew, explore ideas, create more confidently, and move forward with greater clarity.
I created Lead in the AI Era for experienced women who have earned their wisdom and now want a calm, practical way to combine that wisdom with what is possible today.
