Identification of the removed content and its location before removal

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was wrongly removed

Your contact information

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
